Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 4 cups chopped hearts of romaine
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 ⁄4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives
- 1 6-ounce can chunk light tuna, drained

Step 1
Whisk lemon juice, oil, garlic salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add romaine, tomato and olives; toss to coat. Add tuna and toss again
