Ingredients

  • Sliced Bread loaf, cut in half
  • 1 Cup olives, chopped
  • 1/3 Cup raisins, chopped
  • 1/3 Cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 Peruvian Yellow aji chilies, seedless, finely chopped
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Salt and Peeper
  • Egg salad
  • 6 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise, Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the olives, raisins, pecans and yellow chilies with the mayonnaise. In another bowl, combine the hard boiled eggs with the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper. Take 3 slices of bread, Place the first slice of bread on a table. Spread with mayonnaise. Top with a layer the olive preparation. Place another layer of bread and spread with mayonnaise. Top with a layer of egg salad. Cover with another slice of bread. You can make rectangles, triangles or any shape you want. Serve immediately or store covered with a wet cloth until ready to serve
