Ingredients
- 2 oz semi sweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/3 c sugar
- 3 T brown sugar
- 2 c half and half
- 1 c amaretto
- 4 shots espresso
- steamed milk
- 1 c whipped cream
- 2 T grated semi sweet chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Combine chocolates, sugars and half & half in heavy saucepan and simmer til chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved. Cool. Add amaretto and refrigerate until serving. Before serving, pour 1/4 of mixture into each coffee cup. Add 1 shot of espresso to each cup and fill with steamed milk. Top with shipped cream and chocolate shavings.
