Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs, unbeaten
  • 2 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, sugars, and peanut butter. Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Sift flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture and blend well. Divide dough in 4-6 piles. Roll dough between wax paper like you would for jelly roll. Melt the chocolate chips and spread over the dough. Roll up the dough like you would for jelly roll. Put in refrigerator for several hours or over night. Slice and bake in a 375 oven for about 12 minutes.
