Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup chopped cashews
  • 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp light corn syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Line 9" square pan with foil then butter the foil.

Cover bottom with chocolate chips.

Combine cashews, macadamia nuts, butter , sugar and corn syrup in a heavy skillet, cook over low heat, stirring constantly until butter is melted and sugar dissolved.

Increase heat to medium: cook stirring constantly until mixture cling together and turns golden brown.

Pour mixture over chocolate chips. Spread evenly. Cool.

Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.

Remove from pan and peel off foil.

Break into pieces.
