Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 10 ounce cans Rotel tomatoes, undrained (tomatoes with green chiles)
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons salt or to taste
- Black beans, optional
- Corn, optional

Preparation
Step 1
In large soup pot, brown ground beef with onion and garlic; drain. Add spices and cook a couple of minutes. Drop cream cheese in bits, smash into meat until no bits of white remain. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through.
