Ingredients
- Ham
- Whole Cloves
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2-3 tablespoons mustard
- 1 shot brandy
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons peach schnapps

Preparation
Step 1
Remove shank skin from bone in ham.
Score and insert whole cloves into ham about an inch apart.
In a small pot heat and mix remaining ingredients.
Place ham in oven at 325 for 3 to 4 hours. Baste with mixture every half hour.
