Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves (about 450g)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 28 oz. can seasoned stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 250 g spahetti, broken in half
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large frying pan over medium high heat. Brown chicken on both sides with onion. Add tomatoes, wine, basil and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in spaghetti. Cover and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 15 mins. or until spaghetti is tender. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and cook 1 min.
