- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup cornflakes
- 2 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Heat oven to 325º F. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg whites and sugar; mix in the cornflakes, coconut, and cranberries.
Drop mounds of the mixture (each equal to 2 tablespoons) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake until the edges are golden brown, 22 to 25 minutes.
