- 1 can (170 g), tuna, drained, flaked 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup each milk and frozen peas
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, (1/2 lb./250 g) cooked, chopped 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) stewed tomatoes, drained, 1 cup chopped green peppers (about 1 medium)
- 1/4 lb./125 g pepperoni, sliced (about 1 cup) 1 cup chopped green peppers (about 1 medium), 2 cups chopped tomatoes (about 2 medium)
