CRAZE'S SPAGHETTI

Ingredients
- 1 small zucchini (sliced down the middle and then each half was sliced into 1/4" slices)
- 1 yellow squash (sliced the same as zucchini) if you don't have a yellow squash, use 2 zucchinis
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 clove garlic (peeled & diced as small as you can) You HAVE to use fresh, not jarred!
- 1 large sweet onion (diced)
- 1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2-15 oz. cans of diced tomatoes
- Fresh mushrooms (I used 5 large, chopped)
- 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning (I used McCormick's Perfect Pinch Italian)
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 lb. hamburger (browned and drained)
- 1 T. olive oil
- Sugar to taste (I used 1 tsp. sugar substitute)

Preparation
Step 1
Put it all in the crock-pot and cook on low for at least 6-8 hours. If you are home, you can stir it every few hours.
