PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES******

Ingredients

• 1 c. margarine
• 1 c. peanut butter
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. packed brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar.
Beat in the eggs.
Then add the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll into 1" balls and flatten with a fork (criss cross).
Bake in 375 F oven for 10 minutes or until cookies start to brown. DO NOT OVER COOK.
