Ingredients

  • 10 peanut butter sandwich cookies (nutter butters)
  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened (I recommend using light or 1/3 fat)
  • 1 small package peanut m&m's
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocoalte chopped
  • 1 small package reese's pieces

Preparation

Step 1

1. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and set aside.

2. In a food processor, process the cookies with the chocoalte chips until fine crumbs form, about 1 minutes. Add the honey and cream cheese and process until a dough begins to form about 30 seconds.

3. Transfer the dough to a clean bowl.

4. Take about a quarter size ball of dough and flatten it out to wrap around 1 peanut m&m forming a 1 inch ball; repeat with the remaining dough and m&m's placing the balls on the prepared cookie sheet. the candy centers help to make these bites perfectly round. Refrigerate uncovered for 30 minutes.

5. Melt and temper the chocolate (or melt wilton candy melts). Dip the balls into the melted milk chocoalte and place them back on the cookie sheet. top each with a single Reese's Piece. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until solid.
