can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
box (3.5oz) peanut sauce mix
Preheat oven to 350. Add peanut sauce (use both inner envelopes) and coconut milk to a baking dish. Whisk until smooth, add chicken, dredging both sides of chicken in peanut sauce. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until done.
