Famous Chocolate Refrigerator Roll

Ingredients

• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups heavy cream, whipped or 1 8-oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 1 package Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers
• Chocolate curls, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Stir vanilla into whipped cream. Take 1 1/2-2 cups of whipped cream and spread on back sides of wafers; put wafers together in stacks of 4-5.

On serving platter combine all stacks together, turning them on their edges to form one long roll; frost with remaining cream.

Chill 4-6 hours. Garnish with chocolate curls.

To serve, slice diagonally at 45 degree angle.
