Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1 Tb butter, melted
- 1 8 oz block 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 3 tbs flour
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 large egg
- 2 8 oz blocks fat-free cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 10 oz semisweet chocolate

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Place crumbs in a 9 inch baking pan; drizzle with butter. Toss with cork until moist. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
3. Place cheeses in a large bowl; beat with mixer on high until smooth. Add sugar and flour, beat well. Add vanilla, egg whites, and egg, beat until well blended. Pour cheese onto graham cracker crumbs.
4. Place chocolate in small, microwave safe bowl; microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes or until soft. Stir until smooth. Drop onto cheese mix to form 9 mounds. Swirl into cheese mix using a knife. bake 325 for 35 minutes. cover and chill at least 4 hours.
