Pork Roast Stuffing

Ingredients

• 1 cup seedless raisins
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 2 cups peeled and cubed apples
• 7 cups soft bread crumbs or cubes
• 3/4 cup melted butter
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp each mace, sage, nutmeg, and cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Parboil raisins and dry. Mix stuffin ingredients thoroughly.
