Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 &1/2 pound ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1-2 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp gat
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, onion, parsley and garlic. Stir in salt, pepper, mushroom and soup. Mix well. n Simmer for 15 minutes. Blend in sour cream and milk, heat thoroughly and place in 2-1/2 quart casserole dish. Place a layer of biscuits on top and bake until biscuits are brown.
