Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup carrots, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cups celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 medium potato diced
- 1/4 cup peas
- salt and pepper tom taste
- 1 can biscuits

Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter in a large pot. Add the carrots, celery and onions. Cook until just soft. Sprinkle on the flour and cook for minutes. Whisk in the broth. Add the cooked chicken, potatoes, and peas. Simmer until thick(about 35 minutes) and the potatoes are soft. Pre-heat the oven to 375. m Cook the biscuits on a cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the biscuits on top of the stew. Place in the oven and bake until the biscuits brown. Serve warm.
