If you're in a hurry or are a bit nervous about rolling out a pie crust, use this one. You mix it all in the pie pan and then spread it out with your fingers.
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Dump all the ingredients into the pie pan and mix it up with a fork.
Take your fork and poke some holes in various places so the crust will stay flat while you bake it. Bake 10 minutes or so, until partially done.
