  • 1 small,ripe plum

Step 1

Wash and peel potato and cut into small chunks. Bring potato and water to a boil in a small saucepan. Cook until tender. Wash the plum thoroughly. Peel, remove the pit, and cut into quarters. Steam the plum pieces for a few minutes until soft. If the plums are very ripe and soft, you will not need to steam. Combine fresh plum and cooked potato in blender. Puree until smooth.
