Ingredients
- 1 Box of German Chocolate Cake
- 1 14 oz bag of caramels
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c sweetened condensed milk
- 1 12 oz bag chocolate chips
- 1 c chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
1. Follow directions on german chocolate cake to make cake batter. Fill 9 x 13 pan with half the batter and bake as directed only 15 mins.
2. Melt caramels and butter with condensed milk. Spread on top of baked cake, then sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
3. Top the baked cake with second half of the cake batter, bake another 15 mins.
