Grilled BBQ Chicken

- 4 Chicken Breasts Washed
- 1/2 C Sea Salt
- 2 T Sugar
- 5 C Water
- Black Pepper
- 2 C BBQ Sauce
Large Bowl, Add Salt, Sugar & Water. Place Chicken in Mixture, Cover with Water. Refrigerate 2-3 Hours.
Set Grill HOT on One Side & COOL on Other.
Remove Chicken from Water, Pat Dry & Add Salt & Pepper. Place Chicken on HOT Side Skin Side Down, Cook Until Lightly Browned 3-5 Minutes.
Transfer to COOL Side, CLOSE LID, Cook 50-60 Minutes. Maintain 300-325F. Turn Once.
Open Lid, Gradually Brush Chicken with Sauce, Turn Often. Cook Until 165F, 20-25 Minutes.
Store Leftover Chicken in Tin Foil Refrigerated.
