• 3/4 c peanut butter
• 1/2 c sweetner
• 1/4 c sugar
• 1/3 c applesauce
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c ww flour

preheat oven to 350. oil cookie sheet. in large bowl, combine all ingredients except flour. gradually mix flour in.
drop batter by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet; flatten each cookie with a fork. bake 8-10 minutes.
