Ingredients
- 10 slices Cooked bacon
- 1 bunch Broccoli - about 4 cups of florets
- 1 bunch Cauliflower 4 cups of florets
- 1 lge Onion - 1 cup chopped
- 3 ribs celery - 1 cup finely diced
- 1 8 oz Reduced fat sour cream
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise (reduced fat ok)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place bacon on a plate, cover with paper towel and cook in microwave on high for 2-3 minutes til crisp. Remove and blot excess grease. Set aside to cool.
Rinse broccoli and cauliflower; drain well. Cut florets from stems and break or chop them into bite-size pieces. Place florets in a 4-quart or larger bowl. Peel and chop the onion and finely dice the celery. Add them to the other vegetables.
In a cup or larger bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder and salt. Pour the dressing over the vegetables. Crumble the reserved bacon over the top. Toss to mix well.
Serve at once or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
