Ingredients
- 4 oz. Fat-Free Cream Cheese
- 1/2 C. Fat-Free Sour Cream
- 1/2 C. Roasted Sweet Red Peppers, chopped
- 1/2 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/3 C. Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1/4 C. Onion, finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- Assorted Crackers

Step 1
In a sm. bowl, beat cream cheese & sour cream till smooth. Stir in the peppers, cheeses, onion, garlic powder & pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr. Serve with crackers.
