Ingredients
- 1 package mini carrots – washed and cut lengthwise in quarters
- 1 package of full stem celery – washed and cut into small pieces - leaves included (I only used celery leaves, no actual pieces of celery)
- 3 cloves garlic cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 3 boxes of chicken stock
- 1 package frozen tender white corn
- 1 cup chicken (already cooked or canned, whichever you prefer)
- 1 small Package Reames Egg Noodles
- salt and pepper to taste (definitely need both)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute carrots, garlic and celery in butter.
2. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil.
3. Add corn, chicken, seasonings, and noodles
4. Then reduce to a simmer until noodles are done.
5. Salt and Pepper to taste
