Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Hormel® Chili No Beans
  • 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 12 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 (10-ounce) package FRITOS® corn chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. In large skillet, cook beef and onion until lightly browned and cooked through; drain. Stir in chili and olives.
3. In another bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream and 1/2 cup shredded cheese; mix well.
4. In 13x9-inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of corn chips. Top with 1/2 each of beef mixture and cottage cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 1/3 of corn chips. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
5. Bake casserole 30 minutes or until warmed thoroughly.
