Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 can cherry pie filling or more
- Glaze
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp almond extract

Preparation
Step 1
Blend first 7 ingredients in large bowl at low speed, scraping sides often. Stir in flour. Spread 2/3 of batter in greased cookie sheet. Spread pie filling over the batter. Drop rest of batter by spoonful over pie filling. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. While warm drizzle with glaze.
