Ingredients
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 2 T. sugar
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 3 oz. white chocolate, melted
- 2 c. mixed berries

Step 1
In a mixing bowl beat cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form; set aside. In another bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add chocolate and beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Layer mousse and berries alternately in parfait glasses, ending with mousse. Garnish with additional berries. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 3 hours.
