Ingredients
- 4 beef rib eye steaks (1-1/2" thick)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1-1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brush steaks lightly with oil. In a small bowl, combine all seasonings. Sprinkle seasonings over steaks and press into both sides. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Grill steaks, turning once, over medium-hot heat 14 to 18 minutes for rare; 18 to 22 minutes for medium. Place on a warm serving platter; cut across the grain into thick slices.
