  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbs. basil pesto
  • 1 1/2 lbs. grouper filets
  • 1 Tbs. Montreal steak seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

preheat 2 sided tabletop grill, wash and dry basil, remove tough stems, chop finely and measure
place in med. mixing bowl, stir in mayo, mustard and pesto until well blended
wash fish, check for bones by pressing and remove
sprinkle both sides with steak seasoning
coat fish in mayo mix
place on grill
add any additional mix
close lid and cook5-7 min. or until 145 degrees
serve with penne pasta, fresh salad, rolls
