BANANA CUPCAKES

Ingredients

• Angela Keeley This is a great super market short cut recipe using a cake mix. Here we go:
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 cup mashed bananas
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/3 cup oil
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat cake mix, bananas, water, oil, eggs, and extract with hand mixer on low for 30 seconds. Then beat on medium for 2 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees
9×13 about 35-38 minutes
Cupcakes about 18-20 minutes.

Frosting recipe: Whip together

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 medium banana
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Garnish with nuts
