Ingredients
- 6 cups rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 (6 oz.) package strawberry jello
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter plus 1 tablespoon

Preparation
Step 1
Place rhubarb in the pan. Sprinkle sugar and jello over rhubarb. Sprinkle cake mix over this. Sprinkle water over mix. Pour melted butter over it all.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
