Melted Moment Cookies

Ingredients

• cookies:
• 1 cup flour
• 3/4 cup corn starch
• 1 stick butter
• 1 stick margerine
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• frosting:
• 3 oz. cream cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. milk
• food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

mix dry ingredients well
melt butter and margerine and add to dry mix
add vanilla, blend well
chill uncovered 1 hr. min.
roll into 1" balls
bake 15 min. at 350 degrees

bet cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, milk until desired consistency
add coloring
frost cookies while still warm
