Ingredients

  • 1 pkg firm tofu(cut into 6 slices)
  • 2 T smoky spicy grill sauce
  • 1 T oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 T gingerroot
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 1 bag shredded carrots
  • 4 oz sliced musgrooms
  • 1 c bean sprouts
  • 1/2 c veg broth
  • 1/4 c raisens
  • 3 T soya sauce
  • 6 scallions
  • 1 t sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Brush sides of tofu with grill sauce and grill in pan sprayed with cooking il for 3 minutes. Cut into cubes.
In wok, heat oil. Add garlic, ginger. Cook 30 seconds. Add coleslaw, carrots, mushrooms, bean sproutsand 1/4 c broth. cook 8 minutes
Stir in remaining broth, hoisin and soya and cook 2 minutes. Stir in scallions, sesame and tofu.
Add to wraps
