Whole-Wheat Pancake Mix

This recipe makes a bit more mix than what you'd normally find in a box of the premade stuff, but I find that to be a plus, especially if you have a house full of pancake or waffle lovers!

Ingredients

• 6 cups white whole-wheat flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 Tbsp baking soda
• 2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. whisk together all ingredients until well combined.

2. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
