Ingredients
- Cream Cheese Icing:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Cooking Oil
- 1 (15oz) can Pumpkin puree
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 3 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1/2 Cup butter softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Stir together eggs, sugar, oil, pumpkin, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
2. Pour into an ungreased 11x15" (?) pan. Bake for 25 mins for thicker bars or use a 13x9" pan for 45 mins.
3. Meanwhile, make frosting by combining cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. Frost bars after they've cooled.
