  • 3/4 cup(s) orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) grainy Dijon mustard
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 (7 1/2- to 8-pound) fully cooked, spiral-sliced smoked bone-in reduced-sodium half ham
  • Fresh herbs, for garnish
  • Small apples, for garnish
  • Pears, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In medium bowl, stir together marmalade, sugar, vinegar, mustard, garlic, and rosemary.

Place ham in 13" by 9" roasting pan. Spread marmalade mixture on skin sides of ham.

Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until golden brown crust forms and meat thermometer inserted horizontally in bottom portion of ham (not touching bone) reaches 140 degrees F.

Transfer ham to serving platter and garnish with herbs and fruit.
