Ingredients

  • 4 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of white granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of ginger (ground preferred)
  • 3-4 teaspoons of ground cinnamon (depends on your likes)
  • 2 teaspoons of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of all spice
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs (large)
  • 1 and half cups of ripe bananas mashed up
  • 1 (16oz) can of pumpkin (pure not pie filling)
  • 1/2 of vegetable oil
  • walnuts if you want

First turn your oven on to 350 and let it preheat.

So first you want to mix all your dry ingredients up in one BIG bowl.
List is baking soda, baking powder, ginger, all spice, flour, salt, cinnamon and granulated sugar and brown sugar.
Once you have that all mixed up you will need to get all your wet ingredients together and mix them up together till smooth.
List is eggs, bananas, pumpkin and vegetable oil.
Now get the wet ingredients and place them on top of the dry ones and mix them up and also add the walnuts at this time if you want. You will want to have the mixture smooth and evenly combined together. The texture will remind you of banana bread but the color is like a pumpkin bread. Now that you are done with that you will place in the loaf pans and throw in the oven for 50-60 minutes before you take out make sure you do a toothpick test at the highest point. Once you take out let it cool a few minutes before you take out and put on a cooling rack.
