Ingredients

  • 2 cups (about 6 ounces) uncooked dried elbow macaroni
  • 3 tablespoons Crystal Farms® butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) Crystal Farms® shredded Mac and Cheese 3 Cheese Blend
  • 2 Crystal Farms® eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup (about 16 slices) slices pepperoni, or 2 hot dogs, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. Meanwhile, melt butter in 2-quart saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour and salt. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly. Slowly whisk in milk, whisking constantly, until sauce is smooth. Bring sauce to a boil; boil 1 minute. Stir in 1 cup cheese and cooked pasta. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
3. Refrigerate pasta at least 30 minutes.
4. Heat oven to 375° F. Grease large cookie sheet. Stir eggs into cooked pasta. Press pasta into 12-inch circle. Bake 10 minutes.
5. Carefully spread pizza sauce over top of pizza. Top with pepperoni and remaining 1 cup cheese. Continue to bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
