Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- 1 1/2 cup diced potatoes
- 3/4 cup peeled, diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup diced carrots
- 3/4 cup dices green beans
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped broccoli
- 3/4 cup minced leek
- 3/4 cup minced zucchini
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
- 1 1/2 quarts (6 cups) chicken stock
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in stock pot over med-high heat. Add onion and saute 1-2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add everything but last three ingredients. Cook until vegies are soft but not browned (20-25 minutes). Add stock, bring to boil over med-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes. Let cool slightly. Puree in blender until smooth. Return to pot and adjust seasonings. Heat gradually, stir in cream, don't boil.
Garnish with Parsley.
