  • Filling:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 ounces frozen fruit (thawed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Batter:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cups & 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 5 teaspoons butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Butter (for pan coating)
  • Toppings (optional):
  • Sliced almonds
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Vanilla Yogurt

Step 1

For filling, melt butter in pan. Add fruit and vanilla. Let cook on low heat while preparing batter.

Mix all batter ingredients. Put heat on medium and coat pan with butter. Place about 1/4 cup batter into center of pan and twirl pan around to cover bottom. Cook until no longer sticking to the bottom of the pan or until lightly browned. Turn and cook until lightly browned.

Place crepe on plate and place about 2 tablespoons of filling along the middle. You can also add your toppings inside. Roll the crepe up. If desired place some filling and/or toppings on top of rolled up crepe.
