Preheat oven to 350º. Divide scone dough into 3 parts. Roll out on floured board. In layers in a baking dish, juice of fruit, dough, fruit, sugar, flour, sprinkle of cinnamon and margarine. Do two layers with crust on top to finish. Dot with more margarine and sugar. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
