Super yummy & such a quick meal! In addition to salmon, this seasoning can be enjoyed on beef, pork or poultry as well.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 lime, zested

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, using a fork or whisk to break up any clumps from the brown sugar. Sprinkle liberally on salmon. One batch will season an entire 2 pound salmon filet.
Grill on a grill pan or in the skillet. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
Consider next time using a little less brown sugar.
