Ingredients
- 4 slices deli rye bread
- 8 tablespoons country-style Dijon or spicy brown mustard
- 8 ounces deli pastrami or corned beef, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pint creamy deli cole slaw
- 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Crystal Farms® Deli Slices Swiss Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350° F.
2. Spread each bread slice with 2 teaspoons mustard. Layer each slice with 2 slices pastrami, 1/4 cup coleslaw, some onion, and 1 slice Crystal Farms® Swiss cheese.
3. Place sandwiches on baking sheet; bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
