Cheddar Cheese Bread

This is for a bread machine. A delicious bread. Use shredded cheddar cheese and lightly pack it into the cup.
The cheese may affect the consistency of the dough, so keep an eye on it and adjust the moisture if you need to.

Directions are for 1 medium loaf. Put in pan in order listed. Have water lukewarm and butter room temp.

Small loaf directions 2/3C water or milk
1T butter
1/2C chedddar shredded or grated
2t sugar
1/2t salt
2C bread flour
1t yeast

Ingredients

• 1 C water or milk
• 1 T butter
• 2/3 C shredded or grated cheddar cheese
• 1 T sugar
• 3/4 t salt
• 3 C bread flour
• 1 1/2 t yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Put in bread machine in order listed. Have water or milk and butter room temp.

Put machine on Sweet or Basic cycle.
