- 1 whole Cabbage
- 3 Chicken or beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning or rub
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat smoker to 250 degrees F.
2. Remove core from cabbage. Put bouillon cubes and butter in center of cabbage. Season cabbage with steak seasoning and salt.
3. Wrap cabbage in foil, leaving an opening at top. Smoke 3 to 4 hours until tender.
