Ingredients
- 2/3 cup canned reduced-sodium, fat-free beef broth
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- 3/4 teaspoon all -purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons minced flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons canola oil Chopped parsley

Step 1
1. Combine broth, tomato paste, flour & mustard in a small bowl; whisk until well combined.
2. Combine beef, parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper in a separate bowl; mix well. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch thick) ovals. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef & cook 7 minutes, turning occasionally, or until desired degree of doneness.
Remove to serving plates.
3. Add broth mixture to pan; cook & stir until slightly thickened & reduced to about 1/2 cup. Spoon over beef & sprinkle with chopped parsley.
