Ingredients
- 1/2 lb (250g) linguine
- 4 cups assorted cut up vegetables, such as brocoli, carrots, bell peppers
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (35%)
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Dill Weed
- 1 tsp dehydrated minced onion
- 1 tsp dehydrated minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups cooked cubbed chicken or 1 lb (500g) cooked shrimp thawed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Cook pasta in a large saucepan as directed on package, adding vegetables during the last 3 to 4 minutes of cooking. Drain well. Set aside.
In same saucepan, combine cream, broth, butter, salt & spices. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low, simmer 5 minutes. Add chicken or shrimp. Simmer 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Add cooked pasta and vegetables; toss gently to coat well.
Serve immediately topped with Parmesan cheese.
